A Gratitude Meditation
A gratitude meditation:
Life is precious. We are lucky to be here. No need to search for better, you are already enough. But do search for more air, fire, water & earth. Prioritize connection with nature. Land is everything. And it’s not ours to give nor to take. It never has been. Citizens of the world can live amongst all other races and species in harmony. We need to celebrate our differences, rather than force similarities. Believe. Give, even when you have little to give from. Minimize noise, root down & center daily. Be meaningful. Less is more. Compassion is everything. Thank strangers who see the world differently than you. Lead with love. Thank your surroundings. Thank your physical body for your current strength & ease in this moment. Thank your mind for its effervescent layers. Thank your emotions & intuition for the role they play in making us each unique beings. Seek gratitude for your strengths and vulnerabilities.
